flip book produced for polarity project, highlighting the dichotomy between the words "effete" and "ebullience". effete is symbolized by the empty cup, whereas ebullience is characterized by the full cup. true to its' pessimistic/optimistic theme, the book can be read two ways with the glasses slowly filling and/or emptying. it reads "do things always get better before they get worse?" and "do things always get worse before they get better?"
